What are lab-grown diamonds and are they genuine and real?

Lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds — same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. They're just created in a lab instead of mined from the earth!

Do you only use lab-grown diamonds?

Yes! All our diamonds are lab-grown, ethically sourced, and conflict-free.

Can someone tell the difference between a natural and a laboratory grown diamond by sight?

No! They're visually identical. Only specialized gemological equipment can tell them apart.

Are your diamonds and gold conflict-free?

Absolutely! All our diamonds are lab-grown and certified conflict-free per the Kimberley Process.

Are you using vermeil or plated gold in your jewelry?

Never! We only use solid 14k or 18k gold — no vermeil, plating, or gold-filled materials.

Can I customize or personalize my jewelry?

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to all EU Member States (all 27 countries) and the United Kingdom. To check eligibility, start checkout and enter your delivery address.

How long will my order take?

Standard shipping is free! Your piece will arrive in about 4–6 weeks from when your order is confirmed. If there are other options, we'll show them at checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is always free! If express options are available, we'll show them at checkout with pricing.

How can I track my shipment?

We'll send you a Dispatch Email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also reach out to service@foxydiamonds.com anytime for updates!

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Yes! All shipments require an adult signature, so make sure someone's around to sign for it.

What if no one is home during delivery?

No problem! The courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

Check your piece as soon as it arrives! If something's off, contact us within 72 hours at service@foxydiamonds.com with photos and your order number.

My order shows as delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Contact us immediately at service@foxydiamonds.com with your order number and tracking info — we'll sort it out with the carrier!

How is my order packaged?

Your piece comes in premium Foxy Diamonds packaging — designed to keep it safe during shipping and make unboxing special!

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my product?

Of course! You have 30 days from delivery to return your piece, no questions asked.

How do I start a return?

Just email service@foxydiamonds.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and which pieces you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions!

Will I get a return label?

Return labels aren't included automatically, but just ask! Email service@foxydiamonds.com — if we issue a label, we'll cover the return shipping.

What must I include when returning a product?

Make sure to send back your piece unworn with all original packaging, accessories, the IGI or GIA certificate (super important!), and your order confirmation or invoice.

What if I lost the certificate?

No worries, but there's a €100 replacement fee that'll be deducted from your refund.

What condition must the product be in?

The product must show no deterioration beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and functionality. Excessive handling or alterations may result in a partial refund or rejection.

What products cannot be returned?

Personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces can't be returned. Also, anything marked as 'non-returnable' at checkout.

Can I return after 30 days?

After 30 days, it's case-by-case. Reach out to service@foxydiamonds.com — just know you'll cover return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Within 7–14 days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't do direct exchanges, but you can return your piece and place a new order for what you'd like instead!

What if the wrong product was sent?

Contact service@foxydiamonds.com. We will arrange the return and replacement at no cost to you.

Warranty & Certificate

What warranty do you offer?

We offer a 2-year warranty from delivery covering any manufacturing or material defects!

What does the warranty cover?

f there's a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll repair, replace, or refund.

What is NOT covered by the warranty?

Warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear (like scratches), chemical exposure, loss, theft, or lost stones (unless it's a manufacturing defect).

Is loss of stones covered?

Only if it's due to a verified manufacturing defect.

Are your diamonds certified?

Yes! Every diamond comes certified with an IGI or GIA certificate.

What is the IGI or GIA certificate and why do I need it?

IGI and GIA are world-renowned gemological institutes that certify diamond quality. Keep it safe — you'll need it for warranty, repairs, or returns.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email service@foxydiamonds.com with clear photos of the issue, a description, and proof of purchase. Don't ship anything until we give you instructions!

How long do repairs take?

Usually 4–8 weeks from when we receive your piece. Complex repairs might take a bit longer.

Does the warranty extend after a repair?

No! The warranty runs from your original delivery date — repairs don't restart the clock.

Can I get repairs after the warranty expires?

We might be able to help! Reach out to service@foxydiamonds.com for a quote — there'll be a fee for out-of-warranty repairs.

Order & Payment

Do prices include taxes and duties?

Yes! All customs duties and taxes are included. The price you see is what you pay.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and see your purchase history

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if we haven't shipped it yet! Contact service@foxydiamonds.com right away. If it's already on the way, you can always return it under our Return Policy.

Can I use a promotional code?

Absolutely! Just enter it at checkout. Heads up: promo codes can't be applied after you've placed your order, and you can only use one per order.

When do I pay for my order?

Payment is due when you place your order. Once we receive it, we'll start crafting your piece!

What happens after I submit my order?

Once you place your order, we'll send you a quick email to let you know we got it! Your order is officially confirmed when we send the Dispatch Email with tracking info.

Can I place an order by phone or email?

We're online-only! All orders go through our website at foxydiamonds.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

You'll see all available payment options at checkout. Just pick the one that works best for you! Payment is due in full when you place your order.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely! All payment info is transmitted securely through certified payment providers following PCI DSS standards. We never store your card details

What if my payment is declined?

If your payment doesn't go through, your order won't be processed. Best to contact your card issuer to sort it out!

I didn't receive my invoice. What should I do?

No worries! Just drop us a line at service@foxydiamonds.com with your order number and we'll send it right over.

Can I resize my ring?

Yes! We offer one free resize within 1 year of delivery — up to 2 sizes up or down.

Do you offer a cleaning service?

Yes! We offer one complimentary professional cleaning per piece per year during the warranty period. You'll just need to cover shipping both ways.

You'll cover shipping both ways, plus mandatory insurance for the full value of your piece.

Eternity rings, tension settings, ornate bands, full pavé bands, alternative metal rings, and anything marked 'non-resizable' can't be resized.

Do I need an account to shop?
