Lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds — same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. They're just created in a lab instead of mined from the earth!
Yes! All our diamonds are lab-grown, ethically sourced, and conflict-free.
No! They're visually identical. Only specialized gemological equipment can tell them apart.
Absolutely! All our diamonds are lab-grown and certified conflict-free per the Kimberley Process.
Never! We only use solid 14k or 18k gold — no vermeil, plating, or gold-filled materials.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all EU Member States (all 27 countries) and the United Kingdom. To check eligibility, start checkout and enter your delivery address.
Standard shipping is free! Your piece will arrive in about 4–6 weeks from when your order is confirmed. If there are other options, we'll show them at checkout.

Yes! All shipments require an adult signature, so make sure someone's around to sign for it.
No problem! The courier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Check your piece as soon as it arrives! If something's off, contact us within 72 hours at service@foxydiamonds.com with photos and your order number.

Returns & Exchanges
Of course! You have 30 days from delivery to return your piece, no questions asked.
Just email service@foxydiamonds.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and which pieces you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions!
Return labels aren't included automatically, but just ask! Email service@foxydiamonds.com — if we issue a label, we'll cover the return shipping.
Make sure to send back your piece unworn with all original packaging, accessories, the IGI or GIA certificate (super important!), and your order confirmation or invoice.
No worries, but there's a €100 replacement fee that'll be deducted from your refund.
The product must show no deterioration beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and functionality. Excessive handling or alterations may result in a partial refund or rejection.
Personalized, engraved, or custom-made pieces can't be returned. Also, anything marked as 'non-returnable' at checkout.
After 30 days, it's case-by-case. Reach out to service@foxydiamonds.com — just know you'll cover return shipping.
Within 7–14 days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
We don't do direct exchanges, but you can return your piece and place a new order for what you'd like instead!

Warranty & Certificate
We offer a 2-year warranty from delivery covering any manufacturing or material defects!
f there's a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll repair, replace, or refund.
Warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear (like scratches), chemical exposure, loss, theft, or lost stones (unless it's a manufacturing defect).

Yes! Every diamond comes certified with an IGI or GIA certificate.
IGI and GIA are world-renowned gemological institutes that certify diamond quality. Keep it safe — you'll need it for warranty, repairs, or returns.
Email service@foxydiamonds.com with clear photos of the issue, a description, and proof of purchase. Don't ship anything until we give you instructions!
Usually 4–8 weeks from when we receive your piece. Complex repairs might take a bit longer.
No! The warranty runs from your original delivery date — repairs don't restart the clock.
We might be able to help! Reach out to service@foxydiamonds.com for a quote — there'll be a fee for out-of-warranty repairs.

Yes, if we haven't shipped it yet! Contact service@foxydiamonds.com right away. If it's already on the way, you can always return it under our Return Policy.
Absolutely! Just enter it at checkout. Heads up: promo codes can't be applied after you've placed your order, and you can only use one per order.
Payment is due when you place your order. Once we receive it, we'll start crafting your piece!
Once you place your order, we'll send you a quick email to let you know we got it! Your order is officially confirmed when we send the Dispatch Email with tracking info.

You'll see all available payment options at checkout. Just pick the one that works best for you! Payment is due in full when you place your order.
Absolutely! All payment info is transmitted securely through certified payment providers following PCI DSS standards. We never store your card details
If your payment doesn't go through, your order won't be processed. Best to contact your card issuer to sort it out!

Yes! We offer one free resize within 1 year of delivery — up to 2 sizes up or down.
Yes! We offer one complimentary professional cleaning per piece per year during the warranty period. You'll just need to cover shipping both ways.

No! You can check out as a guest. But having an account makes tracking orders and viewing your history super easy.
