For purchases made through channels other than the Online Channels, including Offline Channels (if provided) and Third-Party Sources (if provided), this Shipping Policy shall apply only to the extent expressly provided herein. - Offline Channels - including, without limitation, purchases made at Foxy Diamonds' physical retail premises, telephone or email orders placed directly with Foxy Diamonds' customer service, and participation in company-hosted promotions, trunk shows, or private events. Returns, exchanges, or shipping-related services for Products purchased through Offline Channels are subject exclusively to the terms communicated to the customer at the time of purchase.
- Third-Party Sources - independent entities or partners not directly controlled by Foxy Diamonds, including, without limitation, authorized representatives or sales agents, marketplaces, resellers, and other business partners through whom Products may be offered for sale. Customers are advised to verify that any third-party seller is an authorized partner of Foxy Diamonds prior to purchase. Products purchased through Third-Party Sources are subject solely to the terms provided by the third-party seller.
Foxy Diamonds reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Any such changes shall apply only to Orders placed after the effective date of the revised Shipping Policy. Orders accepted prior to such changes shall remain governed by the Shipping Policy in effect at the time of acceptance.
If you do not accept this Shipping Policy in full, you must refrain from placing any Order through the Online Channels.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy shall limit, restrict, or exclude any rights conferred upon you under mandatory Belgian or EU law. In the event of any inconsistency between this Shipping Policy and applicable mandatory law, such mandatory law shall prevail.

Product prices, including all applicable taxes and duties, are as set out in the Terms of Sale.
All applicable delivery charges and available shipping options for each Order are governed exclusively by this Shipping Policy and will be clearly displayed to you prior to submission of the Order. You are solely responsible for reviewing the delivery charges, selected shipping method, and any other shipping conditions before confirming your Order.
Payment for delivery charges is due in full at the time of Order submission. Foxy Diamonds reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, suspend, or cancel any Order if payment cannot be successfully processed or authorized. Product(s) will not be dispatched until full payment of all applicable charges, including delivery, has been received.
By providing payment information, you expressly authorize Foxy Diamonds to obtain any necessary confirmations or authorizations from third parties to process the Order and arrange delivery to the address specified in your Order.
Production and Delivery Timelines
Certain Product(s) are produced or prepared for dispatch only following receipt of an Order. Production times may vary depending on the Product and its specifications. Once your Order is ready for dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. If additional production time is required, Foxy Diamonds will contact you directly with an updated estimated dispatch date. If you do not wish to proceed with the revised timeline, you may cancel the Order and a full refund will be issued promptly. The final dispatch date will be confirmed in the Dispatch Email (as defined in the Terms of Sale).
Foxy Diamonds shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Product(s) to the delivery address specified in your Order within the production and delivery timelines set forth herein. Delivery dates are indicative only and shall not constitute guaranteed delivery dates or form part of the Contract (as defined in the Terms of Sale).
Delivery shall be deemed complete when the Product(s) is(are) physically delivered to the delivery address specified in your Order, or when the carrier or courier engaged by Foxy Diamonds marks the shipment as delivered or attempted delivery, whichever occurs first. Title and risk in the Product(s) shall pass to you upon delivery.
Delivery obligations of Foxy Diamonds shall be deemed satisfied once the Product(s) has(have) been handed over to the carrier designated by Foxy Diamonds for transport to the delivery address. You are solely responsible for monitoring and tracking the shipment and for ensuring timely receipt of the Product(s). You are strongly encouraged to promptly review any tracking information provided and notify Foxy Diamonds without delay of any discrepancies, non-delivery, or delivery issues. Prompt notification is essential to preserve your statutory rights under Belgian and EU law in the event of non-conforming, lost, or damaged goods.

Delivery timelines communicated by Foxy Diamonds are indicative only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
To the maximum extent permitted by Belgian and EU law, Foxy Diamonds shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or loss in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation:
- Force majeure events, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, or governmental actions;
- Delays, errors, or failures by courier services, carriers, or third-party logistics providers;
- Customs clearance, import/export, or regulatory procedures;
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer; or
- Any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Foxy Diamonds.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxy Diamonds' liability for any delay, failure, or loss in delivery shall be strictly limited to the remedies expressly provided in this Shipping Policy or as required under applicable Belgian or EU law.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy shall limit or exclude your statutory rights under Belgian or EU consumer protection law, including rights relating to non-delivery, late delivery, or delivery of non-conforming goods.
Foxy Diamonds shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses arising from delivery delays or failures, except to the extent such remedies are expressly provided herein or required under applicable law.
Order Tracking and Status
Upon confirmation of your Order, you will receive an email containing your unique Order number and a summary of your Order details. This email serves as acknowledgement of receipt of your Order and facilitates Order tracking.
When your Order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Email containing a tracking link and relevant shipping information.

Delivery Safety
All Orders placed through Foxy Diamonds' Online Channels shall be dispatched via a secure and reputable courier service arranged by Foxy Diamonds. All shipments require the signature of a competent adult upon delivery to ensure safe and reliable receipt. Packaging
All Products are delivered in premium Foxy Diamonds packaging. The contents of the packaging may vary depending on the Product. Order Cancellation or Modification
