Introduction

FOXY DIAMONDS B.V., together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "Foxy Diamonds", "we", "us", "our"), reserves the right to offer special promotions and incentives in connection with purchases made through its Online Channels, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

For purposes of these Terms of Use, "Online Channels" shall include, without limitation, Foxy Diamonds' websites, mobile applications, social media pages, and any other online platforms operated or authorized by Foxy Diamonds.

Promotions may take the form of discounts, welcome gifts, complimentary items, or other incentives (collectively, "Promotions"), and may, where applicable, be accessed or redeemed through Promotional Codes. For the purposes of this Promotion Policy, "Promotional Codes" include discount codes, action codes, or any other codes, vouchers, or identifiers issued by Foxy Diamonds that may be applied to obtain a discount, incentive, gift, or other promotional benefit. Promotional Codes are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion Policy, and their use is legally binding upon participation.

Foxy Diamonds reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion or associated Promotional Code at any time without prior notice, provided that such actions are carried out in compliance with applicable Belgian and international laws and regulations.

Where Promotions involve the use of Promotional Codes, such codes are subject to the following detailed terms and conditions:

Use of Promotional Codes

Only one Promotional Code may be redeemed per Order (as defined in the Terms of Sale).
Only one Promotional Code may be redeemed per e-mail address or account, unless explicitly authorized in the terms of the specific promotion.
Promotional Codes must be applied during checkout at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively to completed transactions.

Combination with Other Offers

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotional Codes may not be combined with other Promotional Codes, discounts, stacking deals, or promotional offers.
Specific promotions, including the 10% welcome discount, cannot be combined with any other discount codes, stacking deals, or promotional incentives.

Returns, Refunds, and Adjustments

In the event of a partial return of an Order placed under a Foxy Diamonds stacking promotion, the promotional discount shall no longer apply. Foxy Diamonds will recalculate the Order as if the promotion had not been applied and will retain the full, non-discounted price of the item(s) kept by the customer. Any refund issued shall equal the total amount paid for the Order minus the full, non-discounted price of the retained item(s).
Promotional Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash, store credit, or applied toward prior purchases unless otherwise stated.

Exclusions

Diamonds and other specified high-value items are excluded from all stacking deals and may be excluded from certain promotions at Foxy Diamonds' sole discretion.
Additional exclusions may apply depending on the promotion, and such exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.

Validity, Misuse, and Fraud

Promotional Codes are valid solely for the duration specified in the relevant promotion and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise exchanged.
Foxy Diamonds reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or adjust any Order in the event a Promotional Code has been applied in violation of these terms, or in any manner deemed fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise improper.

Amendments and Termination

Foxy Diamonds reserves the right to amend, modify, withdraw, or terminate any promotion or Promotional Code at any time without prior notice.
Any modifications, amendments, or termination of promotions shall be implemented in accordance with applicable Belgian and international laws, and participants are bound by the terms in effect at the time of participation.

Governing Law and Compliance

All promotions and the use of Promotional Codes are governed by the laws of Belgium, and participants agree to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of this Promotion Policy, including any terms and conditions communicated in connection with the promotion.
