DELIVERY AFTER DISPATCH
* European Union: usually 3–5 business days.
* Outside the European Union: an estimated up to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Customs clearance may take additional time.
Preparation and delivery are separate stages. Delivery estimates begin when your order is dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

ON RECEIPT OF DELIVERY
All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. We recommend checking your order upon delivery to ensure everything arrives in satisfactory condition. Any issues should be reported as soon as possible after receipt.
